What Gets Deleted

Your account information (email, profile)
Your scan history and saved results
Your subscription preferences
Any personalized data we've collected

⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to all your scan history and data.

Request Account Deletion

To delete your account, please email us with the following information:

Email address associated with your account
Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account
Any feedback about why you're leaving (optional)

We typically process deletion requests within 7 business days.

You can also delete your account directly from the Nomi app:

Open the Nomi app
Go to Profile → Edit Profile
Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
Follow the confirmation prompts
