By downloading, installing, or using the Nomi app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Subscription Terms
Nomi offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide unlimited scans and premium features.
Subscription Product: Nomi Premium
- Monthly Subscription: £1.99 per month
- Annual Subscription: £12.99 per year
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store account settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
Payment and Billing
Payment will be charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store account settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for unused portions of subscription periods are handled according to your app store's refund policy.
Use of the App
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. The App provides nutritional information and ultra-processed food analysis for educational purposes. This information is not medical advice and should not replace professional dietary or medical consultation.
