Yes — Raspberry Herbal Tea is ultra-processed.
Not a great choice for everyday.
This is a herbal tea blend, but it contains natural raspberry flavoring and natural lemon flavoring. These isolated flavoring additives are industrial formulations and therefore classify the product as ultra-processed under NOVA. The other ingredients are plant materials and citric acid, which do not independently make it ultra-processed.
